Light:

Senecio radicans enjoys bright . indirect light through to partial shade. Avoid exposing your plant to harsh midday sunlight . but some morning or late afternoon sun would be a bonus.

Watering:

Senecio are very drought tolerant . storing water in their leaves. Allow the soil to dry out between watering. Do not overwater or allow the plants to sit in water.

Temperature:

Optimal room temperatures are 18-24°C . however these Senecio can tolerate cooler temperatures even as low as 10°C in winter while the plant is dormant.

Humidity:

Senecio radicans does fine in average home humidity . but will thrive in slightly more humid environments such as the kitchen or bathroom . or with the occasional misting.

Feed:

A weak solution of balanced fertiliser once a month during the summer months.

Height & Growth Rate:

String of Fish Hooks is fast-growing and typically reaches an ultimate height and length of 1 metre. Simply trim to desired length if stems become too long or straggly.
